Adventure cellar hedonist in in wine

The good wine and the book "A Hedonist in the Cellar: Adventures in Wine" by Jay Mcinerney
A lot of people enjoy wine. I for my own part also do so, when it is a good wine of course. Often you can buy “a young” wine for little money; put it away in a suitable place, and it becomes better and better. A wine cellar of course would be the best place, but a place with an almost constant temperature could do; not to warm and of course not minus degrees. Some wines can be seasoned for a year or two, others maybe ten years or more. To learn about this, you can read about it, but the personnel in the wine store know, for how long a bottle of wine can be seasoned before it has to be used. The seasoning makes the wine more tasteful. It becomes soft, get more roundness and becomes less bitter and sharp. It gets a fine bouquet (bunch of flavours), as it is called. When the wine has been seasoned for some years, you come to a point, when it has to be consumed. When you pass that point the wine get bad. It quickly loses flavour and bouquet, and after some time it all becomes vinegar. Except for, who could use five bottles of vinegar, it would be just too bad for the good wine, and you as well. How fast the wine is fully developed depends of the grapes, the vine vats and when you get the bottle, it depends a lot on the temperature in which you season it. The higher temperature the faster you reach the point, where the wine is fully developed. Of course you can let the winemaker or the store keep the wine, and just buy it when it has the right mature, but be sure, he will get his payment for seasoning it. Among others, the French in Europe is famous for making wines. They have a very old tradition for that, and they still have a classification of their wine districts and their wine castles of which the five best is called crus. The cru wines are fine wines with a ´very fine bouquet It is wines, which can be seasoned for many years, an they becomes better and better. Of course it is very expensive wines. If you buy a young cru wine and season it for five years or more, you can sell it for many times the price you paid for it. If you know a good wine seller or find a company you trust, you can easily get good wine from a lot of countries. Italy, Hungary, California or even Australia, just to mention a few wine countries. They all makes wine, which can be seasoned for some years, and the taste can be so good or even better than French wines. When a wine has been seasoned and is ready for drinking, it is called a vintage wine. But there are sorts of wine which is best to drink, when they still are young. They are called primeur wines, but that is quite another thing to deal with.
